GENERAL
Confirmation of your flight times and dates of arrival and departure together with your departure airport must be made to us as soon as you are aware of these details and no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival. We cannot guarantee the keys will be available on arrival without this information. This is especially important where we have arranged transfers on your behalf.
All personal belongings are at your own risk at all times. Children remain your sole responsibility , please ensure that they are properly supervised at all times, especially poolside, on balconies and stairways and wet floors.
The principle guest named on the reservation form will be responsible for making good any damage to the property during occupation, however caused, and for replacing any item which may be damaged, broken or lost during occupation.
As Turkey is not yet a member of the EU no reciprocal agreement exists for your health care whilst in Turkey - it is therefore a condition of booking that all guests are covered by adequate travel and health insurance for the duration of their stay.
Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking and clearly noted on the reservation form. Whilst we will endeavour to meet or pass on those needs to suppliers, we are unable to guarantee they will be fulfilled. Any failure to meet special requests will not be a breach of contract on our part.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday affected by matters over which we have no control. These include war or threat of war, riots and civil unrest, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, weather conditions, fire, flood,drought, industrial disputes, government action, airport regulations, closures or technical transportation problems, any event affecting the scheduling of aircraft or other transport or other circumstances amounting to force majeure. We do not have any control or responsibility over local services which may not be at the same levels we are used to at home, this includes electricity and water services by the local authority. We do not accept responsibility in respect of death, bodily injury or illness of any person within the property or complex.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all information on any and all websites that relate to Villa Crisanaud, Villa Solseeker, Villa F1 - Pole Position and any other villas that you may be accomodated in, is correct, guests must bear in mind that on occasion, especially during low season, certain facilities or amenities , for example swimming pools, restaurants, etc may not be available as stated due to maintenance, weather conditions, lack of demand or for other reasons outside of our control.
The requirements and standards of the country you are visiting apply to services provided there and these may differ to those in your country of residence. Suppliers providing the services do so in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supply of liability to you, usually in accordance with International Convention.
