This comfortable villa is situated on the same complex as Villa Crisanaud and Villa Solseeker.
The layout of this villa is similar but with the differences that an individual owner can bring to a property. It is set over 3 floors and is comfortably furnished with all the things necessary for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
It shares the on site swimming pool and is surrounded by gardens.
Ground floor:
Entrance Hallway, W, under stairs storage cupboard where you will find a fixed security safe and the gas supply for the cooker
In the lounge area there is plenty of seating, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD/CD player, air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to an outside terrace and BBQ with seating.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials: washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer.
First floor:
Bathroom with shower and WC and washbasin. Two twin bedroomseach with bedside tables, wardrobe and drawer space and a ceiling fan. One has the bonus of patio doors onto a small balcony with furniture. One bunk bedroom, this room being more suitable for children, does not have a ceiling fan for safety reasons. However, we have provided a floor standing fan and there is an air conditioning unit on this floor.
Second floor:
Bedroom 4 has a double bed with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, bedside tables with a door leading onto the sun terrace. There is airconditioning on this floor. Bathroom with a large bath and shower over. Vanity sink unit with lighting mirror.
This floor leads out onto the sun terrace which is the full length of the villa. You can escape from the midday sun as it is covered with a beautiful wooden sun canopy.
A table and seating make this a great place to sit and enjoy a drink on the hot summer evenings, not to mention the great views of the Toros (Taurus) mountains beyond.
All bedding and towels are provided for use in the villa, however we do ask that you bring your own beach and poolside towels for use outside of the villa.
At the end of your stay, an inventory will be done and and missing and damaged items will be charged for. This cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
